Re: unable to update game android simcity

I don't think any of the suggested steps have worked for anyone unfortunately. We will likely need to wait until the update arrives for the Play Store. I think it will probably release late next week because I doubt the update wouldn't come out before season 19 but that is just my guess. I hope the update will be available soon.

After reviewing your email, I understand that you're unable to load the game on Android device and being asked to update the game. However, there are no updates available in Google Play Store. I can imagine how inconvenient that must be. Don't worry, I will do my best to address the concern.

Please let me share that, this issue has been brought into the notice of the concerned team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible.

On a second note, if you've got any iOS device then please load the same city over there and continue playing with.

Yeah, taking way too long to long to resolve an issue that should have never occurred in the first place.
