I am interested to know if you ever got out.  I am in the same situation and waiting to hear back, but its only been a couple of days.  

Really sorry to hear this! Yes I got back but it took over two weeks and I did everything to make a drama without being rude to the people I needed to review my case. Who were so slow. Your complaint goes to the general desk. You may get cut-and-paste replies that are appropriate for small complaints - but completely inappropriate for the ultimate disaster which is to be wrongfully banished. If you wish to reply I can tell you more. In the meantime, don’t be shy about working to increase your storage and keys buying items from global on the dark side. They put you there. That’s the market you have been given. Go for it so you have something positive to show for the experience when you return. I was so stricken I stopped playing altogether for the first week. With hindsight should have ploughed on. But yes, I got back and rejoined my club that stuck by me. It’s worth the fight.

EA were awash with complaints about hackers so they put triggers in the server to automatically remove cities to naughty island. I was sent there by a computer - there were no complaints made about me. The triggers are secret but I believe I tripped over two - I bought some cards and unlocked several upgrades at the same time. I was able to do this because I played this game from day 1 and accumulated thousands of keys before club wars even started. So the EA computer saw me make rapid progress. Secondly I was in war preparation and tried to thank a team mate in chat. I got the message there was no connectivity. So I accessed the game on my phone to try to get my message through on chat. Again no connectivity. So I disconnected from wifi to see if mobile network would work? Bam - I was removed from the server. The computer saw me rapidly changing devices and I later learned that is a technique used by hackers to clone their depots. I was on IOS ironically it’s a technique used on non IOS I am told. So basically I was collateral damage in a big anti-hacker operation.

my feeder is war preparation at the moment and the club we are playing has 50% level 1 cities. 5 have been rubbled so far (sent to naughty island) The last club we played had a level 1 city with Mag 10. So obviously there is a crackdown on hackers going on and you may be unfortunate collateral damage. I don’t know what the triggers are this time. But you appear to have stumbled into them.

after almost 5 years in the game i was sent to the naughty island / cheat server as well.

To make an longer investigation report short - my 14yrs old son wanted to make me a present as he plays simcity also and based on simple youtube videos cheated me several 10k green ones.

Have spent (was not able to swiftly get rid of it otherwise) all that money (yellow and blue and green) on roads to show my interest in that case.

As former CIO i was of course able to overwrite values in the memory also before my son and never did it during 5 years. By the way EA should really think about using hashes (one-directional math functions) to stop this once for all.

As opposite to the present my son wanted to make me i'm trapped on the cheat server not able to communicate with my pals in the club.

Joined unfairly sent here Mayors club for now.

Previously i had several sync incidents while buying green money with my visa card - switched from ipad to iphone and 8k was gone several times. I've contacted support and they paid me one such incident (8k) back after 2-3 tickets ...

I was removed to the cheat sever Saturday night.  I have spent 14,000 or more on this game. I have the receipts and now I’m ready to call the credit card company and or lawyer. 

The ticket response said said look at section 6 which accused me of cheating or a wrong version of the app

i have the app from apple that was downloaded about 5 months ago so that’s not it. My game isn’t hacked. I show nothing more than what I have worked it paid for so I know that’s not it. 

So EA thinks I’m going to delete and start over. No I don’t think so. I will spend $5000 to my attorney and fight you EA. Not running over the small guy!!! Nothing on my account and everything to traceable back to my purchases. This is very bad service. Also states you will have to explain what happened before removal and you didn’t even follow that. 

Does anyone have a phone number or is the ticket the only way to find out anything.
