Recover city using only city stats
Hi everyone,
recently, I had problems with my old city, which had a bug and didnt allow me to log in to any social media. I reinstalled the app, but now my progress is lost. I only have the stats I had before. The level, population and the name. Is that enough to transfer the old city to my new account?
