Reporting a Player

Anyway, I'm reporting a player whose city is known as "Cottonwood Forest." Loads of items were for sale but I suspect they were obtained fraudulently, because despite being level 50 there are no people living in the city, its green thing rating is level 1, and the only thing on the ground is text made of roads containing the same WhatsApp number in its description, which claims to give a discount on "green banknotes" and "gold coins".
