#1 There are less tiers now in VU pass that's less rewards for your money.

#2 Mayor's Pass is now one per week and that also works out to be less rewards for your money.
Speaking of which, my biggest grumble has been the amount of SimCash at tier 38 in a season was greatly reduced.
Couple that with the reduction in Simcash awarded for chests in Club Challenge, there is no incentive now really.
I consider CoM and Club Challenge to be a waste of my time and effort.

#3 Cash grabbing, all the offers for ridiculously priced buildings that nobody really needs, they are usually just fit for storage, or to be used in Design Challenge.

#4 Speaking of Design Challenge, what a farce that has became, oh yeah great you could win some wonderful buildings in the past but now, not so much.
If you have been playing the game long enough you will no doubt by now already have 2 of the 3 main prizes already for this current season.
If you hold on long enough, no doubt Waimea Beach will pop up in an offer soon enough anyway.
Personally I have no desire to have it either way plus there's no room in any of my beaches anyway 🤣
Last week I didn't even submit a Design for Beach City, which is probably just as well due to the voting issues.
After seeing what I did for River Town, basically most of the ones offered to me to vote on had no rivers BUT and this is a big but to me, there were many who had the usual 4 residential buildings along with multiple House Of Spades Casinos, Omega Towers and Omega Universities.
The rest of the 'design' was basically various other irrelevant buildings cobbled together like a jigsaw.
Same nonsense, different design, week in week out.
Big Yawn! There's an app for jigsaws if that's what you wanna do 🤣
Design Challenge should either be overhauled or scrapped altogether in my opinion.
Like many other aspects of the game, it has became "Pay To Win"

#5 Hackers/Cheats, call them what you will but CoM is full of them, wars are full of them, now and again you'll see one in DC too.
Nothing seems to be getting done about it and when you report one, 9 times outta 10 you don't even get an acknowledgement for doing so.
The Hacker/Cheat will still be out there and in a nutshell you will have basically wasted your time jumping through the various hoops that it actually takes to report any of them!

So to sum up and offer a reply to your post:
My New Years Resolution for 2025 is not to have my debit card in the same room that I am in while I am playing the game.

The final straw for me was the 10th Anniversary Celebrations.
It boiled down to one big cash grab and it has left a real bad taste in my mouth.
It should and could have been a special celebration for both new and old hands 🤬
