Restoring city

@taran1234 Did you save it in Facebook? If not, I think you may have lost it. The only other thing I can think of would be to download any backup you had in a cloud or on external storage. Google Play is an embedded program with Android devices so the reset would take it back to brand new. Try the cloud thing 1st. Let's see if anyone else has any ideas before you start a new city, 'k? Sorry about your city. That sucks.

@taran1234 As you stated. Your game was saved in Google Play. When you factory reset your device, it wiped all the data in that program. Unless your game was saved to cloud storage somewhere or saved to an external drive or device, your game is gone. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. Sorry, thought I explained that pretty clearly. 

You might try starting a new city, play thru the tutorial til it says you are on your own. Close Simcity then boot it up again. See if it asks you to chose between the game you just started or an older game. Chose the older game. If it still exists, that is where it should be. Sorry, I didn't think of that before.
