Restoring city

I factory reset my tablet, is there any way to restore my previous city? FYI I tried logging in to google play and nothing

    @taran1234 - As long as you saved your city in Google Play, it should be retrievable. You need to play through the tutorial on the new install of SCBI first, though.

    1. Download and install SCBI
    2. Play through the tutorial until the city advisor says "you're on your own"
    3. Tap the Settings icon and log in (with the same account you used before you did the reset)

    This should give you the ability to retrieve your old city. Let us know if you still have issues. Happy Building!
