Game lagging

This is a known issue since very, very long time. EA using old Hardware and not updating the Game-Software to newest standards. Example: If I hit the Trainstation-Symbol -> up to 1 minute time until the Trainstation Dialogue appears. One can see that any and all of actions that need Server connection is lagging . And you are right the game ist getting more and more annoying.

I and my team members each fixed the lagging problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.  Just make sure you are signed into Apple, Facebook, or the other options to save your game.
