Samsung A71 - Server connection was not successful

Anyone can help, the game can't connect to the server properly  It says "hello, mayor! Server connection was not successful, please try again!" My phone is Samsung A71.. Thank you

    Hey all,

    This issue appears to be resolved as of 6/20 via an OTA update from Samsung.

    If you're still seeing this error now please ensure your device is fully up to date.

Hello

Tech support answered me its an identified issue now with samsung A71.

Also i'll be informed when they have a fix. 

For now must wait ☹️

@zazinha84 hey bro.any reply from tech support? i got same issue...been ages,nothing changed...tried everything ..uninstall.low graphics mode but didnt change anything...let me know if u got any reply.Thanks
