Sand, grass, flowers, hedges, black concrete blocks, suggestion

I'd love to be able to place sand and flowers etc. the way we can do waters (pond, lake, big lake) so something like sandbag size, sandbox size, large sandbox.  We'd make some really beautiful cities...

I think it is always a good idea to add some additional landscaping suggestions.  

I am hoping for some simple paved squares to build a town plaza like many older European Cities have.
