My city recently glitched and now appears to have a weirdly scaled version of the billboard on an unpurchased plot of land. I first noticed this issue at around 11:00 EST after I did some stuff for the city challenge and is still happening. I don't know how to fix it, since I tried exiting and reentering the game. If there is a fix, please let me know.
I had the same issue, and it looks so ugly now and unrealistic.
I have these billboards appearing in each of my regions. Nothing on them, like the original one. It's irritating, especially when it obscures much of the view of my city and serves no purpose. If there were relevant ads on it, it might be tolerable. Would like the Devs to just do away with both billboards if they are not being used
The billboards are always on thee first available unbuilt land block, counted from the left and then up! So if youfill it that way, its always on your right, not blocking your built blocks.
