Services 2.0 is coming!

We really, really need to know how existing service buildings will be affected by this change. Many of us spent a good deal of time and simoleons optimizing the placement of our buildings (and a lot of SimCash on the Maxis Manor), and it would be terrible if all that had to be undone.
