Mayor's Pass (Super Service 3).
*snip* Hello, since my English isn't very good, I'll explain my problem in Chinese and use Google Translate to translate it. I'm a new player, and my problem is with the current Mayor's Pass (Super Service 3). I'm currently at level 38, but my level has stopped increasing before the weekly cap. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't spent money to use the premium Mayor's Pass. I've checked other players' levels, and they're all stuck at level 38, while one player using the premium Mayor's Pass is at level 45. I hope this issue can be resolved or the reason explained as soon as possible, as there are only two days and 14 hours left in this event. Thank you. (CM: Edited to remove additional language. Hi Mayors, We want acknowledge the great feedback we've received on the EA Forums say thank you for sharing with us! Your love for Simcity BuildIt and fair play is great to see. ❤️ We'll continue to work in the background to detect and tackle cheating activity and as always, your efforts to help us with that through reporting is very much appreciated. Reports are a great way to help flag potential cheaters and cheating activities to us. If you're seeing suspicious activity, cheating in-game or even hacks/exploits on shady websites, then we absolutely want to know about it. However, it's important the reports are sent through to the right channels. We are not equipped to receive these specific reports here on Answers HQ. Please keep this in mind when commenting on the EA forums and, please do not name and shame other players in your posts or links/screenshots/attachments (see EA Forum Rules). We have official channels in place dedicated to receiving your cheater/cheats reports and those details are great to include in any reports you send directly through to the team investigating them. How to send in reports: The best way to report a player is in-game because it automatically grabs the info we need to look into it Tap the Settings button. Select Help. Choose Report a Player (this will open the report form article). Scroll to the bottom of the article and select Submit a Request. Fill out all required info. Select Submit. Recently, a new feature was added that allows players to purchase energy during wars against other clubs, with a limit of 1 to 3 purchases per war. However, hackers have already found a way to bypass this limit. As a result, wars have become practically impossible to win. In addition, the event only allows 1 minute of preparation time, which makes the situation even more unfair. The number of hackers participating in wars is enormous. Legitimate clubs end up being harmed and relegated, while clubs that use cheats easily move up. Meanwhile, the company continues to add increasingly expensive and questionable features, showing greater concern for monetization than for the integrity of the game. Items such as the Train Pass, Instant Card Upgrade, and now the purchase of energy during wars have already been introduced, all with high prices and a direct impact on competitiveness. This combination of aggressive monetization and serious security flaws completely undermines the experience of honest players. But please, I beg you, just REMOVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE ENERGY. Below is the image showing the use of energy purchases above the allowed limit, which is 3 purchases per war:147Views2likes1CommentSeason Suggestion: Mexico City (CDMX) Cultural Heritage
"Dear Dev Team, I am a big fan of the game and I would love to suggest a future Mayor’s Pass season inspired by Mexico City (CDMX). The city has a unique blend of colonial, neoclassical, and modern architecture that would look amazing in our cities. Some iconic buildings and landmarks I would love to see are: Palacio de Bellas Artes: A stunning Art Nouveau/Art Deco masterpiece. Palacio Nacional: Great for a historic city center. Torre Latinoamericana: An iconic mid-century skyscraper. Paseo de la Reforma: A grand boulevard with monuments like the Angel of Independence. Colonia Roma/Condesa Houses: Unique residential buildings with European influence. Mexico City’s culture and landmarks are world-famous, and I believe many players would be thrilled to unlock these items. Thank you for your hard work and for considering this suggestion!" "To better illustrate my vision, I used AI to create these mockups that match the game's unique art style. I wanted to see for myself how incredible these landmarks would look in my city, and I hope these concepts serve as a passionate tribute and inspiration for your talented design team."29Views0likes0CommentsOmega city screwed
How, do yo have a full omega city and only 14 days to upgrade or rebuild your city as mine? Only a couple of omega items a day, not even enough to upgrade one water omega building! No room to add the given omega items, or move them to storage for a time! I have 10 cities lvl18, without omega, was ready in 15 minutes, but my large city will take weeks! Also, without building new buildings in my 4 regions, how do i upgrade the region buildings in time?280Views2likes4Comments
