@Duckups Our club was inadvertently thrown into the war game when one of our international players accidentally hit the green start button and of course there’s nothing you can do at that point...for some it was a first time experience for others we had chosen not to participate for a variety of reasons (for me just plain boredom from the “strategy”). I shared with our guys what would happen and explained they didn’t need to do anything that everything would reset in 36 hours, just participate in CoM as best you can and enjoy the game. For the most part everyone did great with one exception that I will not address except to say they got an extra 36 hours and after considering for those 36 hours were given the opportunity to stay until the end of CoM, which they chose not to and missed out on the legendary chest...
It was not our opponent’s fault we were there so the competitor in me would not hide...I had no war items but I did have some left over war coins and got busy on war assignments. It wasn’t pretty but 3 or 4 of us made it worth their while and I made a point to hit everyone that fired a shot and in turn they responded in kind and the juices started flowing and I clearly recalled why I really enjoyed the game...the team we played obviously rewarded me for my kindness and I experienced the shield buster and found it to be an interesting solution (just a note for our competitors, you might want to save those for folks that aren’t coming out of the bubble...and wait till they’re bubbled before launching the shield buster). I spent a small fortune that week on the war game and the legendary chest but it was well worth it because I manned up and faced my challengers and gave them what they signed up for...something the bubble boys will never comprehend. As I shared with our President, when life gives you lemons...throw those suckers at them...
Cheaters and hackers must be dealt with now...time for the big boys ain’t the suits to recognize that “naming and shaming” is so far from their biggest liability and man up and address it...quit invoking the “strategy” (run & hide) and deal with it while you still can.
