After being a long time player, I had 4 large cities on the go .A happiness rate of 98% on all of them ,plenty of simcoin to play with and a decent amount coin in the bank took a lot of time and patients to get there and over night all my cities turned red the happiness rate went to 30%, I no longer have simcoins or coin in the bank and the game is pretty much unplayable. Going to be uninstalling game from phone,just a money grab from EA thanks for ruining a great game.
Same here. They ruined it. Unplayable. How are you supposed to rebuild 4 cities when your taxes are 6k every 24 hours. And it costs 1million or more to fix. Not to mention the regional coin to rebuild. I spent mo the saving up and it’s all gone and didn’t even fix 1 city
Same. All my cities are broken. I’ve been trying to get someone from their customer service to take a look at the issue but my ticket keeps getting passed onto another agent. I must’ve spoken to 8 different agents already and the worst part is all but one of them didn’t seem like they were reading my messages because they kept suggesting useless unrelated solutions. It’s crazy.
The same thing has happened to me after 7 years playing. Now I don’t even want to open the game. Everything is RED.

Same for me played for a long time but the fun to play is gone. All citys red hard to get everything 100% again. No taxes no coins to upgrade to buy annything.
My experience with customer support is the same as yours.
Customer support in this game is useless! I'm asking EA to review the work of the support manager and his deputy.
The CEO of EA should take a day and read our posts on this forum.
If the company's position hasn't changed after this, we have the right to expect a statement from the CEO of EA regarding the lack of respect we feel!
