Simcity build it has disappeared from my iPad please help

For some reason simcity seems to have been deleted from my iPad, I reinstalled it and it's completely reset, I was not logged in with Facebook or game center but have made purchases within the game, is there any way the city is retrievable?? We have spent well over a year building a belter of a city and it's unbelievably annoying that it's gone ☹️ cant even think how it's possible it was deleted in the first place!?

I don't know how it was deleted, apps don't usually just disappear. Has anyone else have access to your iPad?

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to retrieve your progress. As you weren't logged in on Facebook or Game Center, your progress was only stored in your device. When the app was uninstalled, that progress was deleted. ☹️
