SimCity BuildIt - Force Closes While Loading - HTC One M8 - Android

Any time I try to start SimCity Build it on my HTC One M8, the game gets to the loading screen, loads about one quarter of the bar, and then sends me back to my phone's home screen. I'm really trying ...

Yeah, awhile back I used to play it on here but recently had to factory resety phone which erased all my data, since then it won't run.

      It does seem like certain versions of Android in combination with certain devices can result in issues with this and possibly other mobile games of ours.
