SIMCITY BUILDIT *** AND SUPPORT ***

Hi guys THE TRUTH HERE AN WANTING YOUR RESPONSE,
Sim City Build It crashes way to much for one, there are too many bugs that just need fixin, the support team there just stinks, there is no management or accountability for them messing phones up or not even helping when there are problems, it takes them days just to even respond an when they do its half a**ed to make it look like they care, this game has totally changed we are just numbers in a system an numbers too them. THE TRUTH COULD GO ON FOR PAGES BUT WE WANT TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS SO WE CAN BRING CHANGE OR WE WILL ALL JUST STOP PLAYING THIS GAME, when one thing ends another instantly starts, see you guys at the change LINE

    Nope, you don't speak for me. I don't agree with your points and your post is out of line. I personally think it's a wonderful game and do not at all agree with this!

    Well, then quit yapping about it, stop playing the game, find something else to play, other people to annoy and here's a hanky so you can blow,your snotty nose.

    My experience has been similarly bad.  I love the game, but support/customer service is terrible.

    Hello @TruthTellAll I definitely understand your frustration but this is a community forum, dedicated to players and such behavior is not welcome, we want to create a happy place where players can share tips and tricks and ideas around the game. I will ask you to familiarize yourself with the guidelines to make sure you understand what we want to create here. Also, please be aware that any further similar post can lead to action taken on your account.

    Swearing and Vulgarity —EA will delete or censor posts containing or linking to profanity, obscenity, insults, personal attacks, accusations, or abusive language. Continued disregard for this rule will result in a permanent ban.

    Try to Avoid Shouting at Other Members — Using all caps is considered "shouting" and not necessary to ask a question on Answers HQ. We prefer proper capitalization.

    Removal of Disruptive Users — EA reserves the right to remove users from Answers HQ without warning if they are judged to be disruptive, negative towards other users, or not positively contributing to the community.

    That being said, I understand your frustration so I took your feedback and sent it to the appropriate department. In the future, please be aware that this forum is a great resource as players are passionate and know the game very well, so don't hesitate to ask here or in the appropriate category.
