SimCity BuildIt constantly crashes since last update.

I have tried a lot to fix this. I have rebooted my device, cleared the data and cache of the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, and spoken to help agents twice going through all the steps they suggest. Occasionally, it will start, and I can play for a bit, but trying to watch an ad to get my daily sim cash will cause it to close immediately after the ad runs. Frequently I get messages that say "Hello Mayor, Something went wrong. Please try again."

Sometimes the trains won't load or dispatch. Sometimes I go through all the steps to reload after clearing data and it works, sometimes it doesn't. Currently, it is sitting at Select which service you saved your previous city with, been spinning there for about 10 minutes. Deleting the data is a real pain.

Ever since the update on December 11 it runs slow when it runs at all and I don't have all day to keep trying to log in after it kicks me out. Other players who have updated report it running incredibly slow, too.

I am using a Samsung Tab A. My internet is just fine. There are clearly bugs in the update.
