"New Road upgrades – Boulevards, Avenues, and Street Car Avenues"
Very misleading. The implication is that these updates are optional. But these "upgrades" are effectively mandatory and will cost hundreds of thousands of simoleons.
Six lane roads can no longer handle all traffic. So, within a day or so, you'll start having traffic problems and have to spend a LOT to upgrade your road net, more or less at the same time. Effectively, this update will confiscate hundreds of thousands of simoleans. I now wish I could reinstall the previous version. Fair warning.
