I wish they would fix this issue, I miss my city ☹️ I’m sure they will be losing money from people upgrading phones.
- @3qi44q7ob195 the issue started with iPadOS 16 and continues with official iOS16 (iPhone12). Restart and new installation will not help :-(

Hey there everyone, I've merged some points together to avoid any duplicates. This issue is being investigated at the moment, thank you for your patience! When is the update for SimCity built??? the new software update for Apple 16.0 is not compatible with SimCity built… I have been unable to get into the game for two days now it will not launch… Yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled it five times and yes, I have rebooted my phone, five times you need to do an update …this is what I have been told by Apple

- @gfxxluflu46p you know....alllllll the other apps and games are and have been on it...with no complications or delay....no reason that EA cannot be on top of this...ridiculous
