simcity buildit starts crashing /freezing after level 13

Hi i am playing simcity buildit on my samsung Samsung tab 3, smt211, after reaching level 13 or so, the app starts crashing at random, or the screen hangs. This becomes to frequent after level 12 or 13 and becomes unbearable after 14, i love playing this game but cannot after level14 as it starts crashing or freezing on me, please let me know whats the cause and if i can do something to correct it, or if something is wrong in the game  programming. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @RanvirRaj,

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game already? (make sure your city is saved before doing so).

I did saved my first game through Facebook then uninstalled the game reinstalled played local game to level 13 started facing same issue, changed my city to the one already saved on Facebook to give third try, same fate, finally uninstalled the game altogether, hoping to find a permanent solution before trying for final time.

Thanks for the additional details @RanvirRaj. It is really strange that the issue appears after level 13. I don't remember if there is a specific building introduced at this level. Maybe the issue comes from here? Have you noticed if the freezes occur when doing a specific action?

Thanks for your message.  One thing that I observed is the game freezes mostly when i visit some other city to buy some stuff. 8 out of 10 times it freezes in the new city just after making some purchase remaining times immediately upon returning to my home. And many times the purchase is also not registered.

This sounds like a connectivity issue. But then it should also happen at lower levels. What type of connection are using using, wifi or 3g/4 g network?
