SimcityBuildit.
I would also like to confirm that after uninstalling and reinstalling SimCity Buildit from GooglePlay, the game boots up as normal and the problem discussed in this post is resolved. Game play is back to normal, and the entire process took me about 6 minutes. First, be sure your game was saved/backed-up! Then, just uninstall from GooglePlay (for Android), immediately reinstall the game from GooglePlay, go through the tutorial to setup a new city, once the tutorial is done, exit the game. Reload the game, go to settings, login to your GooglePlay account (...or Facebook, if that's what you used) and select your old city. As mentioned in a previous response, be careful to select the city that you want to restore, because the other will be deleted! Then it's done. Again, this is for Android, but I'm sure the iPhone fix is similar.
Super nerve-racking problem, but this is the fix.

Hey I followed those steps and I didn't have any luck. Is there anything I can do? I'm also on android
- 2 years ago@e31mfoidz15m You can ask Google to refund you all the money you paid to this game. They will. I have tried everything, from the chat to the many emails, and the tutorials. They don't care. If I were you, I will just find another game. I've been playing for 10 years but I guess that at EA, they don't have any respect for their players.
