Try the troubleshooting steps outlined here to rule out whether the fault is due to a glitchy download.
If you're still having money missing after trying the steps above then get in touch with EA support via this link to have EA look in to the problem for you. When you click the link you can choose a different language from a menu at the top of the screen if English isn't your first language.
