@Locknight500  I suggest you contact technical support through the in game help section and inquire and they will guide you appropriately. Good luck.

@Locknight500 It’s pretty easy if you link the game with Facebook. 

Install the app on your iPhone and complete the tutorial,   then you can login to facebook and load your saved city.

@Locknight500  I strongly suggest you contact technical support...although it may appear simple to some and it well may be, you are going from one operating system to another and I suggest a cautious approach rather than run the risk of jeopardizing your city...but that’s completely up to you.

Where do I ask for technical support to transfer game

You can also contact support through in game by going to settings, help, contact us. This will take you to same site but it also includes useful information like device, game version, OS, language, and player ID.

I did get an answer through the link in the app, thanks. Hoping I can keep my current game on my new device. I have a VERY old game on Facebook so can't link that way. Too bad they still don't allow us to replace that data.

If you want to transfer your city from one device to another but your Facebook account already has a city you don’t want saved to it you can still back up your current city to a new Facebook account and then login on the new device with your new Facebook account. 
 

Also, if the new device is the same OS as your old device (Both Apple or both android) you could back up your city through Game Center/Sign in with Apple or Google Play and then sign in with that instead.
