Simcity data transfer

Hi I have a question.  So I played Simcity on a android device. Now I got an IPhone and want to transfer my data from android to IOS. Is there any possible way how. I don’t want to lose any data or ...

    @Locknight500 You can contact technical support through the in game help section - just click on the crossed screwdriver & wrench under the simcash total found in the upper right hand side of your city screen or you can go to https://www.simcity-buildit.zendesk.com.

    Hi @Pamalumpa

    Here is the link to simcity Buildit support. https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

    You can also contact support through in game by going to settings, help, contact us. This will take you to same site but it also includes useful information like device, game version, OS, language, and player ID.

      I did get an answer through the link in the app, thanks. Hoping I can keep my current game on my new device. I have a VERY old game on Facebook so can't link that way. Too bad they still don't allow us to replace that data.

        @Pamalumpa 

        If you want to transfer your city from one device to another but your Facebook account already has a city you don’t want saved to it you can still back up your current city to a new Facebook account and then login on the new device with your new Facebook account. 
         

        Also, if the new device is the same OS as your old device (Both Apple or both android) you could back up your city through Game Center/Sign in with Apple or Google Play and then sign in with that instead.
