Simcity doing scum on purchase item, * EA GAMES

today i would like to share my issue that i encounter on purchasing items for major's pass premium on Simcity buildit 

I bought major's pass premium on 8 Apr 2023 but my account does not change to premium, and the i try to report this to simcity buildit team on zendesk, i report on 8 Apr 2023, as same day i'm doing the purchase, however i got slow respond from them. And just got clear statement from them on 13 Apr 2023. They told me that my purchase has been transfer to different city/different id. This is so absurd how the hell that this happen. I ask them the id number and the city name where is my purchase has been transfer, however they don't give me any details about the related account, regarding the account that received my purchase. and this is make no sense for me.

So everyone that read this article/post kindly don't play this game, because when you got issue they Will not help you especially on purchase or billing item in this games.
