simcity for iphone: cannot download?

Every now and then I google "simcity for iphone" in the futile hope original simcity would be available on iphone. Today I googled it and lo and behold I was sent here: https://www.ea.com/games/simc...

The web address now turns up a 404 error, so I assume it was not supposed to be out there. I will hold out hope the page was put up too soon, and a SimCity release for mobile is indeed on the horizon.
