Simcity omega houses

Generally, there is nothing stopping one from building more "Omega Zones". The only catch is, it will nag you and go to "Abandoned" status. Result: You make no revenue on that building! I've never seen this error before, as it generally just lets me continue adding the Zone(s). Again, the catch is, Percentage Rate goes down, overall and NO Tax Revenue for that building, and City, Tax Revenue goes down, too. With nagging "Blue Bubble" remarks. DEFINITELY, Contact Customer Support, and I am quite curious what they have to say about this.
