Simcity trainstations

Whats the problem? Why cant your trains drive? Do you have rails between your stations, and do you have citizens near your station to provide passengers?

Every time my internet goes out while I am playing, or sometimes when the week ends on a competition, I can’t dispatch trains.  It seems to be a glitch that resolves itself after a few hours.  Very annoying.

Your stations must be near residential buildings and attached to the grid with tracks and roads, basically in a loop.
