Steet Lights, Pedestrians other street features.

Hi, I'm currently playing SimCity BuildIt and I've notice that I can't see a lot of things like my friends does.
To mention a couple: Street Lights and Pedestrians.

Phone: HTC One M9.

I've uninstall and reinstall with no sucess. Wondering why my older phone, with inferior hardware has "more" things to offer.
Is there a way to turn them on? or I'm missing something.

It's correct. When SimCity BuildIt first launches it does a hardware check in order to give you a smooth and optimized playing experience. This means that some graphical features, like traffic lights, or features such as the zoom out function might be turned off or be reduced depending on the device.

Same her, on ipad i see pedestrians but on a galaxy tab nobody walks the streets.
Maybe it is depending the device? Would be strange too me.

It's not the device. My husband and I have the same device. He gets traffic lights and pedestrians, I don't. If the game does check hardware etc then maybe you need to fix the algorithms because it's not doing it's job properly. Just to make another point, my tablet is 2 years old, my desktop is 10 years old. Yet even my emulator shows me traffic and people! Check your algorithms!!
