Anyone else have the problem that the storage capacity in sim city dropped after the mayors pass contest ended?i had built up to 320 and now have 265.

The storage capacity increase during the recent Mayor’s contest was temporary only and was stated as such... if you actually increased your storage by normal expansion means during the contest then you should contact technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. If you haven't already done so report it to EA using the report system. The same thing happened to me. I don't think they understand that they not only took the temporary storage away they also took the storage we bought during this season pass. We just want our storage back. I don't need anyone else to tell me the temporary storage was temporary. I understand it was temporary. I know exactly how much was temporary. Now I hope the confiscation of my storage is temporary

The customer service person didn’t even bother to read my message or this thread. I just got a copy and paste answer:“Hello Mayor,Thanks for getting in touch and for your continued support.After reviewing your email I can see that your city storage count has been decreased after the end of last Mayor season pass. I know this can be annoying to lose storage capacity which was earned as a reward. If I would be in your place I would also be really annoyed and disappointed. However, I will assist you with my best possible knowledge....”I DID NOT GET EXTRA STORAGE THROUGH THE MAYOR SEASON PASS NONSENSE. I PAID FOR BLOODY STORAGE THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY!!! Tell your devs to check their code, because they’ve clearly written something that checks for everyone who increased storage during that stupid promotional phase, regardless of how their storage increased, then stolen it. Check your code before you arbitrarily remove items that people have paid for, especially if you can’t be bothered to read customer complaints properly.

it stated that any storage spaces gained threw the mayors race season would be taken back when ended it was just a bonus deal while the season was active

I bought some SimCash with real money, then used that to buy 5 more storage spaces, taking me up to 115. I still had that storage this morning, but roughly 5 hours later it’s gone and I’m back down to 110. My SimCash and simoleans are as they were after purchasing the extra storage, so I don’t think the game’s reverted to an earlier save. How do I get my purchase back? UPDATE: I reported the problem and was sent a copy and paste email from someone who clearly hadn’t understood the problem. For the next customer service person that reads this: IT WAS NOT TEMPORARY STORAGE. I PAID FOR IT SEPARATELY FROM THE MAYOR SEASON PASS.

Reply to Jeff : if you opened and read the description accompanying the Mayor's Pass storage it did state that it was temporary til the end of season.

I had 185 yesterday... only 115 today, so I cannot play on as I have 160 tucked away and it's impossible to get rid of 45 items, which most of them I need to continue playing.. this 'S.....s'!
