Stuck at 99% Happiness (SimCity Buildit)

My town is at 99% happiness, and I can't figure out which residency in my city is preventing me from being at 100%. Am I overlooking something?

Please check out if your storage is near the residential buildings- sometimes this causes happiness to drop, while you don’t get a specific notification about it...
