the ads that grant reward run through and you receive the rewards granted X in the corner, however the X does not work. You cannot get out of the ad. You have to force close SimCity buildit and go back in. Only to find the reward was never granted. What has happened to EA - it’s become so buggy and unreliable.
I have the same problem with not being able to get out of the ad and having to force quit the app. Can someone provide a solution?
My only workaround so far has been deleting and resetting my Advertising ID and clear the Cache of SimCity. This gives me a different working ad.

On apple device for a year, the in game help keep saying they'll look into it and nothing happens, it's only google
Or a google play store ads that don't work which is because they use android why they can't just filter that I don't know
