Ads lock up and never granted rewards.

first, the AI help beta is awful.  Let’s call it Alpha. 
the ads that grant reward run through and you receive the rewards granted X in the corner, however the X does not work.  You cannot get out of the ad.  You have to force close SimCity buildit and go back in.  Only to find the reward was never granted.     What has happened to EA -  it’s become so buggy and unreliable.
