Stuck on cheat server

Question

Hi, a few days ago i start to play again this game after a year.

I joined to a new club with friends,but i can't sell or buy something with them.

I ignore that because i've thougth that only was a bug of the game, but recently, after reading abouth this problem, i think that i'm stuck on a 'cheat server'.

The people in the HQ trader are all of level 99 and with names in chinese or japanse. The products are all thing like Vu and the price is too low. One user that i can find sells a lot of one thing, that is impossible in the game without some hacks.

I don't know why i'm here because i never use some cheats or hacks. I need help to get back to the 'normal world'. My city name is cinnamon street.

Click the HELP icon under settings in the game (it is a tools icon located at the top right corner) and then choose CONTACT US. It will bring you to a page where you can write to EA about your problem. Remember to input your user id, which you can find at the bottom of the help page.

EA needs your user id to track your account so as to help you.

@J6niceL Thank you! But i've wrote to EA some weeks ago and i have no answer. I hope that they can help me.

Write to them again and show proof that you are legit. Demand to know why they put you on cheater server. Some forum members had been put on cheater server due to the automated system wrongly deeming them as cheaters. They wrote to EA with proof that they are legit, after few weeks, they were put back on track.
