Hey
I have been playing the game for quite some time and one of the features that I would really like to see is an item filter for global trade.
This would really help when you are trying to find a specific item to complete a cargo delivery or to upgrade a building. I can see that this may
be a bit overpowered as it would make sourcing materials too easy. Perhaps this could be fixed by the player having to use a fee of simoleons to use the filter.
Thanks

Hi Powers That Be!
There are some great suggestions for new features and functions up there 👆 but for me there is one single thing I have wanted over the many years that I’ve been playing this game.
I simply want a button to put my entire city into storage to enable me to redesign my layout without losing anything I’ve built etc..
This addition was added relatively recently to The Sims Mobile game (and had been asked for by many players over the years) was an absolute game changer. There are so many new items that we win or that get added for us to purchase, which is fantastic, but when you already have a well established city it’s virtually impossible to fit them in. There’s only so much space to temporarily move buildings to whilst editing your layout and only certain types of items that can be returned to storage during the process, not to mention the insane amount of time it takes to do so. It seems like such an obvious feature to add that it’s hard to believe that the game is still lacking it.
Please 🙏

@Finealta I strongly agree. A city edit/redesign mode would be soo good for a game like this, Clash of Clans did it too. I find it incredibly frustrating to have to move all of my buildings to one side of the map to redesign my city, I sometimes give up halfway through and then have to deal with a jumbled mess of a city for a couple of days...

That was the best move CoC made. That and adding the ability of duplicating and saving an alternate design. The Sims Mobile have added it now, so it’s definitely doable.
My city is all over the place atm due to removing items for City Design challenges. I really want to redesign again for the millionth time, but between war and the COM, it’s hard to find time or effort to do it. The lack of the edit/redesign option makes it incredibly fiddle and therefore time consuming, not to much the drain on my iPad battery!

I think we all can agree that the flood of Sugar & Spice clogging the WTHQ is a major problem with the game.
Why not just add a Collect XX number of Sugar & Spice assignment to COM? Many will buy S&S from the WTHQ to complete the assignment and those that spend all of their Simoleons could still produce S&S to complete the assignment.
Still keep the regular Produce and Collect S&S assignment, but adding the Collect Only S&S assignment should help thin out the mass amount of S&S in everyone's WTHQ.

@Barron_of_Beef Be it sugar and spice or hamburgers or televisions or pizza or whatever is contingent to the level your city is at. Your proposed solution would not resolve the issue. It would simply shift it. Inevitably the ones that purchase the items will have to dump them as well. The only solution is to remove the unnecessary price supports known as Daniel which will then allow the trade market to incorporate a free enterprise model and self adjust this problem while encouraging players to produce what the market demands. It will be painful for many…but it will address the issue of redundancy and will also make finding more desirable items a reality.

@PinnacleValley I believe it is basically a matter of supply and demand of some of the items at different levels. Remember the Candy Factory? You could hardly find S&S in the WTHQ without spending time looking. The WTHQ was a joy to use unless you wanted S&S. There is far more S&S being sold than being bought, therefore clogging the Market. I'm at level 24 so I don't know what other items flood the WTHQ, but an added demand might help those items too.
