[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

Global trade hq definitely needs rework. It would be better if we don't need to visit the city itself everytime we need to purchase something. I've been experiencing frequent sudden game shutdowns when checking stuff on the trade hq. Please take a look at that as well. Most of the ideas i have in mind had been said already. Just hoping the developers will consider those and make an update soon.
