Issue: There is such a demand for some items, that it can seem impossible to buy them before someone else does.
Explanation: When you have a price ceiling in any kind of an economy, there will be more demand than supply causing shortages
Solution: Remove the price ceiling, or raise it drastically. Why should someone be limited to selling something for 650 simoleons if there are people who are willing to buy them for 5000 simoleons?
