[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

Let's use this thread to suggest some improvement that may make the game better. Here are mine: Graphics: - Changing weather : Rain, Snow, Fog, Sun... - More cars in the roads. - Citizens in the...

One more suggestion: The graphics should be improved for Streetcar Avenues. That is, streetcar tracks should be drawn through an intersection if just two streets entering the intersection are Streetcar Avenues, and not just when all streets entering the intersection are.
