[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

With the regional themed buildings I feel like I have a fairly realistic city. One thing I find frustrating is that the game wants me to continuously upgrade building until they are skyscrapers. A megacity with very similar buildings and sizes aren't visually attractive.
I would love to have an option or setting to where I can either cancel an upgrade for a building where there is isn't a 30 minute pause; or perhaps a setting where I can hide the requests that tend block the view of my city buildings.
-It would be awesome to produce rivers, canals, or lakes on the land that requires resources.
-Have an update where traffic from the airport looks more realistic with passengers leaving the parking lot and more ground crew working around the planes.
-More parks that have landscape features
-More building variations and an option to pick a specific style or theme for a building
-Weather and seasons would be a lovely addition
-The Parisian buildings don't quite match up right, having the buildings match lined up like the London ones do would be awesome.
