Ad powered factory and rewarded videos

Where has the ad-powered factory gone? Why do I not see video adverts with seasonal currency as a reward? Why can I not have extra time in mayor's missions for watching a video. Why can I not finish a product ahead of time by watching a video?

As a non paying player, the game is nigh-on impossible to compete. Video bonuses were essential to keeping pace with level advancement. Plus, they also enabled whiling away the minutes before productions, rather than navigating away from the game.
