It takes WAY too long to earn the items to buy a land expansion. I can't wait 3 months to add new buildings. I'm completely stuck in the game.
One of the advantages of having an Omega district in your city is you can buy expansion items in the Omega store. There's usually one every 6 hours. Still slow, but helps.
PS-the more Omega buildings you have, the more Omegabucks you earn for buying such items.
