Starting again after Services 2.0

Curious if anyone else dared to start over after the new services update and succeeded?

I started over because of all the bugs after the 2.0 update. But it's not possible to get the city up and running properly without investing your own and real money .

I'm guessing you need several millions to get it right, money you don't have at the start.

It looks likt EA killed the game for profit..
