Are all of your services on roads that connect directly to the roads you've placed your houses on? If yes, might it be possible for you to attach a screenshot, please?

I have had the same issue with water only for about 6 weeks now. Any suggestions?

Hi 🙂

You obviously have more than enough water for the number of residential zones/citizens you have in that Region. 

I'm wondering if under your roads tab when you click on traffic if you might have any roads that need upgrading between your water towers and residences?

Another possibility might be (since this is a fairly recent problem you've encountered), is if you have placed a new bridge somewhere. Some bridges have been kind of "buggy" in that services sometimes refuse to cross them.

Please post here again if you don't get the answer you need and if possible, maybe add another screenshot or two including where the services are located maybe?

Thank you very much for your response and help.  There is a bridge but that wasn’t the problem, it was my lack of brain when I added my roads across from it and ran 2 roads parallel but forgot to attach them together causing the water break. Although your suggestion wasn’t the exact help, it certainly ended up helping so much! I appreciate you!!

This is a screenshot and it's not only power, water sewage fire police clinic wastes everything I have more capacity than demand but it's bugged so bad I can't even play, I tried EVERYTHING now I can't play and I hope I don't have to delete the game but I can't play it's broken.. please fix it it's the last week I am trying next week I delete this * game I loved so much
