Tall modern skyscrapers
Hi, How normal buildings become modern and tall? I suspect parks and stuff like education, transport etc... 1. Does kind of parks has matter? I mean more expensive parks gives more modern buildi...
- Old skyscrapers will have to be knocked down to rebuild them to new modern skyscrapers (assuming the land values high enough). A residential zone can only be upgraded 6 times, and after that it's stuck that way forever unless you knock it down and rebuild.
