Sure, that would help but that doesn't seem fair though.. as I mentioned, imagine 9 maxis manors and half the income goes away for vu items daily..
How do the large cities absorb wealth this way?
It's their own taxes. Whoever build good population should be rewarded correctly.. this game should be called sim city war it cause that's all it focuses on.. it's no longer build it for crying out loud..
And do you have a method for regional?
I only have 5.4 million population in capital city in the complete 16 million and I'm assuming regional population has lesser income than the capital population?
