Taxes when I play online is almost half. (-50% while playing online)

Everytime when I disable access to the internet, my taxes are 13984 per 24 hours and when i play online, my taxes are 7965 per 24 hours. Also, all progress that I did offline, is lost when I become ...

I am using an Android Device (Moto X 2014 to be more specific). Are you using IOS? Or this is a bug just to Android Devices?
