Everytime when I disable access to the internet, my taxes are 13984 per 24 hours and when i play online, my taxes are 7965 per 24 hours.Also, all progress that I did offline, is lost when I become online.What kind of bug is that?I remember that i used to get 13900 when i was online till last month. I've notice the same problem. When I play online my taxes are 10405 per 24h, but when I disable my internet connection, taxes are 17803. EA should resolve this. And i want my money back, i'm calculating that i lost almost 320000+ money

I am using an Android Device (Moto X 2014 to be more specific). Are you using IOS? Or this is a bug just to Android Devices?

I'm new to this game so my question to you sir if you don't mind? Are the taxes only in coin? And the only way for me to get more simcity money or dollars is to actually buy some? Or can I make some in the game play?

I HAVE THE same problem
I find this solution :
1_ discconect wifi and 3g
2_ open simcity buildit
3_ check That your tax are correctly
4_ conect your wifi
Thats all

If someone find other solution, please post it

@ggyoan , do you find that that works every time?

Also, did you only need to do it once, or do you need to do it everytime you play offline?

does not work. as soon as you quit the game and come back its back to the lower number. ( at least for me ).. I even tried quitting, waiting 12 hours, and the money I got was the "online" money.. which is lower.
I've sent support a mail and got an automated reply explaining how taxes work when its OBVIOUS its bugged and i have 9k online and 14k offline.
Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? Its annoying as hell..
I even tried installing the game on another phone to see if it'd be different.

My problem is similar though it's not exactly 50% less. I'm actually getting only 0.1% of what city hall claims I should. I've only started playing recently so my tax isn't much, but should be 5530 coin (100% population happiness). Meanwhile I'm getting only 58 coin even if I haven't played for entire day. It looks like I'm getting only the incremental taxes while I'm playing - I might get the tax income popup a couple of times while I'm playing. But if I quit and return 12 hours later there's no tax income at all.
