Every time I finished the assignment I only got the red currency not with the green one too. It's not supposed to be like that right? I'm at level 12 now, don't know if it matters or not. Please help me find the way, I did those assignments for slightly nothing. Here some screenshots

U can see where I have complete some of assignments. But the question is, why is that Plumbob currency/points (for the pass) don't want to raise, it's still on zero
From the second picture I can see you should receive about 1000 Plumbob Points for finishing the first tier of “Trade Items in Trade Depot” Milestone Assignment and for finishing the first tier of “Collect Simoleons” Milestone Assignment. I have no idea why you have not received any Plumbob points. I think you should contact EA support.
