    Wow! It would only make sense. I always wondered thought it was weird that the property values on the beachfront were the same as anywhere else - when in reality beach front is gold as you know.

    Beach is OK. But kind of useless since we can't put homes there. So all the beach stuff is only good to increase happiness of a very small population.

      I think some of the beach items are gorgeous in night view.  It gives me the oohs and ahhs when I play late at night. 
      Some of them are a lil lame, but the ones that light up in the night views are nice to look at.
